From Archives of The Heart to A Dream Deferred, LaTrice Amanda Strong has created some amazing projects and another one she’s adding to the list is So I Married My Best Friend. Written by Strong and directed by Dante Parker, So I Married My Best Friend centers around two best friends who wake up from a night of partying, with no memory of what events transpired the night before. However, they find out that they are married! Starring Strong and Jay Viera, who also serves as the Associate Producer, the short film also features Tony Barber, Zaneta Johnson, Lady V., Mike McCoy, Dominique A. Spencer, Emanual Gallmon, Erie Ave, Madeline Marie, Helina Abebe, Kristal Dail, and Jennise Johnson.
Recently, I had the pleasure of viewing So I Married My Best Friend and it was so funny! The project immediately made me think of my best friend from high school and how I would feel waking up & realizing that she and I were married. To be honest, I think it would be extremely weird and shocking. Once again, LaTrice has outdone herself with this project.
